Ravindra from Grama Shikshana Foundation, told about tobacco. How it effects on human health. With an example about Ghutka, he mixed Ghutka in water for 15 min it became reddish due to chemical in that Ghutka. He shared his experience about how he started his organization.

Today I learned about Ghutka and tobacco effects on human health. Majority of people are using different type of tobacco. He showed some affected picture by cancer. It was a very good presentation, this information was very important for us we can share this information with others too. We can organize an awareness campaign on tobacco because today most of the people have habit of Ghutka or tobacco.

Soon after this session, Mrs. Reena Madam told about Grama Mahila Abhivridhi Kendra. She shared about how she started this NGO. I learned form her to how to overcome form cancer. We can give awareness for the cancer patient in community. Most of the people fear about this disease and we can change their attitude. We can raise fund for the poor women. It was very good experience for me.
