Leadership activity. In our group four members were there, Mahesh Patil, Mahesh Katale, Harini And I. Before move to field we planned made a list of activities and prioritize the activities. Today we conducted Four activities around Vidyanagar, one is about Proper disposing of wastage, Dust bins to be kept near provision stores, proper utilization of hotel waste and a shelter for taking lunch at DCSE (Planned ).
In this activity all four will act like a leader and follower of each fellow. While conducting this event I learned about taking initiative will give opportunity to become a good leader, communicator and self motivator. While following Mahesh Patil I learned about communicating with hotel owners is different. Communicating and motivating Livelihood person is different. Both were highly experienced in their respected field, initially it was difficult to ask about waste materials in hotel, but when we decided and heard about reuse can be done and it will helpful for the person who is doing livelihood.
Evening we met Mr.Durgappa and all six hotel owners, Municipal leader Mr.Lakshman Uppar, NadaJoshi They all supported us and promised to help in future also. Through this leader activity we can build our confidence to handle these type of activity and also we can build our social network with all types of people.
